Don't be put off ; it's- some places can look a little bit inhospitable from the outside, and actually going in them is actually quite rewarding, because you'll sort of see something slightly different. Independents, uh, are always worth exploring, not just the big names and the big chains that can afford to have, you know, uh, big banners and advertising and special offers. Um, the genuine hospitality will always be in- uh, in an indivi- in an individual - um, you know, somebody's own business as opposed to, uh, a chain like One-to-One or, um, you know, the big places.
別因為第一眼的感覺就打退堂鼓。有些小酒館從外面看起來好像不怎麼歡迎有人進去,實際進到店裡則會覺得很值得,因為會發現一些跟其他酒館不同的感覺。別只去那些有錢做大招牌、廣告並提供優惠的名店或大型連鎖店,個人經營的小店也很有光顧的價值。只有在個人經營的店家才感受得到那種真誠的款待,這不是在 One-to-One 那種連鎖店或大規模店家體驗得到的。
